Air Haifa Postpones Launch of Flights to Paphos to May 1, 2025
Passengers Can Choose Between Switching to Larnaca Flights or Receiving a Full Refund
Air Haifa, the northern airline, announced today (Monday, March 24, 2025) a delay in the commencement of its Haifa–Paphos route. Originally scheduled to begin on April 3, flights will now start on May 1, 2025, due to operational constraints beyond the airline’s control.
Passengers who purchased tickets for flights from Haifa to Paphos or from Paphos to Haifa between April 3 and April 30, 2025, will be transferred to alternative flights on the Haifa–Larnaca route at similar times where possible. Air Haifa will contact all affected passengers to update their booking details directly, and the updated information will also be available in the personal area on the company’s website.
To ease the inconvenience for customers, the airline will offer a full refund to any passenger who chooses to cancel their reservation. Additionally, passengers opting to fly via Larnaca instead of Paphos will receive a credit of $30 for a round-trip ticket or $15 for a one-way flight as compensation for the inconvenience.
“We sincerely apologize to our passengers to Paphos for not being able to meet their expectations due to circumstances beyond the company’s control,” said Dana Rubin, Vice President of Customer Experience at Air Haifa. “The safety and comfort of our passengers are our top priorities, and we are making every effort to provide them with suitable solutions to ensure a pleasant and successful journey.”
According to the company’s announcement, the Haifa–Paphos route will officially commence on May 1, 2025, and will operate daily, as per the information published on the company’s website.
