Taba Terminal Resumes 24/7 Operations: Good News for the Summer
Starting today (Tuesday, 25/03/2025), the Menachem Begin Terminal in Taba, located on the Israel-Egypt border, resumes full and continuous operations 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, as announced by the Israel Airports Authority spokesperson.
According to IAA data, since the beginning of 2025, approximately 50,000 travelers have passed through the Taba Terminal – both entering and exiting – indicating an increase in the popularity of the Sinai Peninsula as a preferred destination for short and affordable vacations, especially among Israelis. Alongside the terminal’s continuous reopening, the IAA reminds travelers that there is a travel advisory for the Sinai Peninsula, in accordance with updates from the National Security Council.
