Arkia Airlines releases its full list of destinations for the Spring-Summer 2026 season, offering a wide range of routes to North America, Asia, Europe, the Mediterranean Basin, and Africa. Alongside the regular and popular destinations, several new routes are being introduced, expanding the choices available to Israeli travelers in the upcoming season.
This is an especially diverse flight map, including both long-haul flights to distant destinations and short, classic vacations in Europe and the Mediterranean, a combination expected to position Arkia as a significant player in the summer of 2026.
North America – New York
In the North America category, Arkia will operate flights to New York, one of the main and most sought-after destinations among Israelis. The New York route is expected to attract high demand in the upcoming summer season as well.
Asia – Expanding Thailand, Vietnam Remains
In the Asia sector, Arkia will operate flights to Bangkok and Hanoi, and for the first time, to Phuket in Thailand. Adding Phuket as a direct destination provides a convenient alternative for vacations in southern Thailand, without the need for connecting flights, and significantly strengthens the company’s presence in the region.
Europe and the Balkans – Three New Destinations
Europe continues to be Arkia’s main area of activity. For the Spring-Summer 2026 season, flights will be operated to the following destinations:
Amsterdam, Paris, London, Rome, Barcelona, Prague, Geneva, Munich, Milan, Verona, Vienna, Lisbon, Basel, Baku, Budapest, Batumi, Tbilisi, Tirana, Tivat, and Belgrade.
Additionally, three new destinations are joining: Malaga and Ibiza in Spain, as well as Vilnius in Lithuania. Malaga and Ibiza are expected to attract high demand for summer vacations, while Vilnius offers another European city destination for travelers seeking a different and less conventional experience.
Mediterranean Basin and Africa – Greece, Cyprus, and the Indian Ocean
In the Mediterranean Basin, Arkia will operate flights to Athens, Crete, Mykonos, Thessaloniki, Preveza, Kalamata, Corfu, and Rhodes. Cyprus will also remain a central part of the flight schedule with Larnaca and Paphos.
The list also includes Dubai, Seychelles, and Zanzibar, exotic destinations intended for longer vacations, honeymoons, and luxury retreats.
Cultural Tribute: Aircraft Named After Yehoram Gaon
In addition to announcing the list of destinations, Arkia has announced that one of the aircraft in the company’s fleet will bear the name of Yehoram Gaon, a tribute to one of Israel’s prominent cultural figures, as part of a connection between the aviation world and local heritage and culture.
The complete list of destinations for the Spring-Summer 2026 season reflects an especially wide range, combining long-haul routes with short and popular getaways. For travelers who book early or are flexible with dates, transitional seasons may offer a significant price advantage.
