Registration for El Al and Sun D’Or Customers Whose Flights Were Canceled
Following developments in the security situation and in accordance with the state’s decision, the regular flight schedule of El Al and Sun D’Or is canceled until Monday, June 23, 2025 (inclusive).
According to the Ministry of Transport’s guidelines, El Al is preparing to operate rescue flights on a limited and gradual scale from several destinations worldwide, in coordination with relevant security and aviation authorities.
At this stage, registration is open for El Al and Sun D’Or customers currently abroad whose flights to Israel were canceled due to the airspace closure. The purpose of the registration is to map the location of customers and adjust a dedicated flight schedule accordingly.
The order of registration on the website is not important – priority will be determined by the original flight date of the passenger. Additionally, priority will be given to exceptional humanitarian cases (with appropriate medical documentation) and cases with diplomatic or security needs, as determined by the state.
How to Register for Rescue Flights?

Registration is only conducted through the El Al website. Registration via call centers is not possible.

Registration is intended for customers who booked through El Al itself or through travel agents.

After registration, a confirmation email will be sent within three hours – this is not a confirmation of flight allocation.

El Al will update customers later regarding their flight date via email or SMS.

Registration is for inbound flights only – flights to Israel.

El Al requests passengers to prepare in advance for accommodation arrangements until receiving flight allocation. Receipts for expenses can be kept – eligibility for reimbursement will be assessed according to the law.
