Sun d’Or Resumes Full Operations from Terminal 1 with Reduced Flight Prices
The airline Sun d’Or, part of the El Al group, has announced its return to full operations from Terminal 1 at Ben Gurion Airport starting from March 30, 2025. After a long period of inactivity from Terminal 1, the company will resume all its flights from Terminal 1, which is primarily designated for low-cost and charter flights.
Flight Prices Reduced by $16
With the transition back to Terminal 1, the price of all flights departing from this terminal will be reduced by $16 due to the difference in airport tax levied at Terminal 1 compared to Terminal 3. Automatic Refund for Passengers Who Already Purchased Tickets
Passengers who have already purchased tickets for flights scheduled to depart from Terminal 1 will receive an automatic refund of the $16 difference without needing to proactively contact the company. The refund will be processed automatically, allowing passengers to enjoy the reduced flight price.
