Additional Information from Arkia Regarding Rescue Flights and Refund Requests for Canceled Flights
Arkia continues to update the public following the closure of Israel’s airspace and the suspension of regular flights, providing important information regarding rescue flights and passenger rights.

Oz Berlovich, CEO of Arkia, announced that all company flights, including domestic flights to/from Eilat, are canceled until Monday, June 30, 2025 (inclusive), in accordance with security directives and the closure of Ben Gurion Airport. Passengers whose flights have been canceled are entitled to a full refund.
Regarding vacation packages: passengers will receive a refund for the flight component only. Cancellation fees may apply to the accommodation component unless an exceptional approval is received from the hotel.

Those who purchased tickets through agencies or external websites are requested to contact them directly.
✈️ Rescue Flights – Important Details
Arkia will operate daily rescue flights to Israel only, according to approvals from the security system and the Airports Authority. Flight times and departure destinations will be updated every afternoon on the company’s website.
Reservations for rescue flights will be made through Arkia’s website only – not through service centers or WhatsApp. Once the option to purchase tickets opens, an official announcement will be made on the website and the company’s social media channels.
Currently, there are no outbound flights from Israel – any changes on this matter will be published later.
