The companies awarded the operation of the lounges are the global JETEX in collaboration with LAYAM from the Teddy Sagi Group, and the international SWISSPORT with the Israeli QAS.

JETEX, one of the leading companies in the field of VIP lounges at airports worldwide, will operate two new lounges in Terminal 3. The company offers services for premium class passengers in various countries, including airports in Paris, Madrid, Abu Dhabi, and Malaga. LAYAM, known for operating duty-free shops at Ben Gurion Airport, will add a digital customer club to the lounges, allowing passengers to enjoy personalized benefits and services.
SWISSPORT and QAS: Culinary Experience and Advanced Services at Ben Gurion Lounge
The international company SWISSPORT, which operates business lounges under the Aspire brand at approximately 101 airports, will manage three additional lounges together with QAS – one of the leading ground service companies in Israel. The companies are committed to delivering a luxurious hospitality experience for passengers at Ben Gurion Airport, incorporating exquisite cuisine by renowned chefs such as Omri Amrani (M25, Santi) and Oren Ofek (Kitchen Market).
