Israeli airline El Al continues a long tradition of commitment to flight safety and strengthening Israeli connection and pride around the world. As part of the routine maintenance of its fleets, the company carried out a comprehensive repainting of three of its narrow-body Boeing 737-800 aircraft.
The aircraft’s exterior paint not only upgrades their appearance, but serves as an essential protective layer against corrosion, weather damage and natural wear, helping to maintain the integrity of the fuselage and its aerodynamic performance. The painting process is carried out in accordance with the strict procedures of the International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO), ensuring the aircraft meet the highest safety standards.
In addition, the new paint is part of a wider process of rebranding the company’s aircraft, with the aim of updating the fleet’s exterior and aligning it with El Al’s new branding. As part of the rebranding, changes were made to the paint layers and the design style of the aircraft, in order to enhance the brand’s fresh new look, with an emphasis on Israeli values and identity.
